I’m Stephanie. I’m a homebody. I’m introverted (but you wouldn’t believe it if you met me). I’m compassionate and wear my heart on my sleeve. I can be rigid. I laugh way too loud. I forgive easily. I have a strong sense of justice. I’m a selective perfectionist. My car is messy; my house is clean. Strangers often tell me their problems. I think my husband is totally hot. I love good food. I have a personal relationship with God. I am passionate about helping others.
Like most people my age, I grew up eating the standard American diet and going to the doctor when I was sick which, fortunately, wasn’t that often. As an adult, I earned an MSW and worked as a social worker with several non-profits. Physical, mental and emotional sickness was everywhere. I dabbled in herbs, all things natural, and essential oils but when I had my first child, things began to change.
In 2000, my son’s birth resulted in a C-section. Three days later, I found a lump in my breast. Nursing was a challenge. My baby did not gain weight as fast as the doctors wanted. We had recurring bouts of thrush and nothing worked. I was hormonal and stressed. Though I had this precious baby, those first few months were a roller coaster of emotions. I was scared, depressed and unsure of myself as a mother.
During this time, I met a group of moms who supported and loved on me. They suggested natural alternatives for our thrush that worked. They showed me the importance of eating a whole foods diet. Most importantly, they encouraged me to trust my instincts. My eyes were opened and I wanted better for my child. I felt empowered and I want to share this sense of empowerment with you. There is a better way.
Now, I homeschool my kids and help empower other moms to take control of their health naturally. It has turned into a crazy business that I absolutely love. I am passionate about natural health. Not only that, it’s such a joy when others discover the benefits of doTerra essential oils. This is my mission and my ministry.
I am not a doctor and here comes the official disclaimer: nothing on this website is intended to diagnose or cure any disease. However, I don’t think you need me for that. God has provided everything we need to live healthy, vibrant lives. Take responsibility for your own health. Learn your body. Question authority. Learn about natural alternatives. Eat real food. Pray. Expect miracles.
I’m a “mompreneur” and a doTerra Wellness Advocate. I have a team that is growing and thriving. I homeschool my kids AND make a great income working from. And you know what? I help other women to do the same thing. If you are interested in helping others and creating an additional (or primary) income, let’s chat. I’m not pushy or aggressive. In fact, you have to WANT this. I don’t think it’s hard but you do have to put forth effort and be willing to grow. If you have a heart for others, you can do this. It’s pretty simple.
If you’ve made it this far, then I believe you are on this website for a reason. Contact me and let’s talk. There is a better way.
